Autumn Ground

A retreat to return. Calm, steady and whole.

As the world speeds up, we slow down.

This retreat offers a quiet space to root yourself before the year ends. A chance to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Children are welcomed into this rhythm too.
Through meaningful play, creativity, and time in nature.
It’s a space where growing children can explore with more freedom, while mothers feel supported.

Root. Restore. Return to You.

As life accelerates, we invite you to come home - to your breath, your body, your soul. This retreat is for mothers ready to:

  • Slow down before the year’s end and find stillness

  • Sink into belonging, peace, and grounded confidence

  • Reconnect with what truly nourishes you - and your child

Your children are welcome here, too - learning, playing, and growing with freedom - while you feel seen, held, and empowered.

What’s waiting for you in Lagos

  • Each morning, you’ll be gently guided through a yoga practice — combining breath, movement and stillness.

Our teacher weaves together Vinyasa flow, calming breathwork (pranayama), guided meditation and deep relaxation — always attuned to the energy in the room.

Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to the mat after a long pause, you’ll be supported exactly where you are — with no pressure, no performance, just presence.

  • Playful moments to reconnect through presence

  • a moment to pause - and feel.

As part of your journey, you’ll be invited into a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by a gentle guided visualisation.

These practices offer more than relaxation — they create space for reflection, release, and inner reconnection.

A soft ritual to return to yourself, and receive what your body and spirit have been quietly asking for.

  • Care you can trust and feel…

Every morning from 9h to 13h, your child will be welcomed into a safe, playful space led by our warm and experienced childcare team.

We believe in creating real connection — which is why each carer looks after a maximum of three children, allowing space for presence, attention and joy.

For our tiniest guests under 18 months, we offer a 1:1 ratio, so their individual rhythms — feeding, cuddling, resting — are honoured with gentleness and care.

  • We serve vegetarian meals prepared with mostly organic and locally sourced, seasonal ingredients — thoughtfully crafted by our private chef to nourish and delight.

The menu includes child-friendly options, including for babies who are weaning, and we’re happy to accommodate any allergies or dietary needs.

Fresh juices, herbal teas, snacks & fruits available throughout the day.

  • Our retreat unfolds in a peaceful villa nestled in Lagos’s lush landscape — where time slows down and beauty surrounds you.

Tucked among gardens and open skies, it’s a space designed for rest and reconnection.

And if you feel called to explore, Ibiza’s historic charm and breathtaking beaches are just 15 minutes away — close enough for adventure, yet far enough to feel worlds away.

Everything you need is here

From the moment you arrive, everything is thoughtfully prepared so you can settle in with ease.

No need to overpack - we’ve got you covered with:

  • Yoga mats, towels, bed linen and WiFi for a seamless stay

  • A beautiful welcome gift, including your Mind The Mom tote bag and a selection of organic treats

  • Optional massage treatments available on-site, if you feel called to unwind even more

Just arrive, exhale, and let yourself be cared for.

Feel how to be cared for…

Where you’ll rest and restore

If something in you whispered ‘yes’...
That’s your softness speaking - the part of you that longs
to be cared for, not just needed.
